Transforming Spaces – Focusing on Function
Objective: The goal for this project was to reconfigure the space to better suit the homeowners’ lifestyle, with a strong focus on their love of cooking and entertaining. The design also aimed to create a one-of-a-kind space by incorporating custom cabinetry, thoughtful interior details, and a style that flows effortlessly with the rest of the home.
Design Inspiration:
Inspired by the home’s existing trim details and the homeowners’ distinctive style, the kitchen design blends bold contrast with warm character. The dramatic color of Sherwin-Williams Rock Bottom creates a striking visual statement, perfectly balanced by the rich, custom hazelnut stain used on the island and bar. Together, the finishes bring depth, personality, and cohesion to the space.
