Do you provide custom cabinetry?

Do you need an appointment to tour the showroom?
NO—Our showroom is open and available to tour during business hours: M—Th 9 am—5 pm Friday 9 am—4 pm Saturday 10 am—2 pm.

What is a consultation?
A design consultation is a meeting where the designer collaborates with a client to discuss and plan a project’s aesthetic, functional, and spatial elements. This service often sets the foundation for creating a personalized and cohesive design plan that meets the client’s needs, preferences, and budget.
Typically, a consultation consists of two meetings:
1. Site measure – The designer will measure and take photos of your project area. Also, assess your needs and determine the scope of work.
2. Design Consult—This takes place inside the showroom in Shelby, NC. You will be educated on the different lines of cabinetry offered. The designer will meet you one-on-one to discuss your project, design, preliminary pricing, and timeline details.
How much does a consultation cost?
- Cleveland County – $100 covers the cost of both meetings mentioned above
- Outside of Cleveland County – $150 covers the cost of both meetings.
Can I purchase furniture and décor from your showroom?
Yes! Our showroom features a curated collection of home décor, seasonal retail, and custom furniture, perfect for enhancing your living spaces.
How long does a kitchen or bath project take?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of your project. A typical project may take 8-12 weeks from design approval to completion. Custom cabinetry and other unique elements may affect the timeline.
Do you work with contractors and builders?
Yes, we collaborate with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners. Our team ensures a seamless integration of our designs into your project.
