New Construction – Charlotte, NC
Walker Woodworking cabinets
Warmth is an essential ingredient when designing a home, as it creates a sense of calm and connection for its residents. Alder wood was a great choice for the kitchen, as was the simplicity of slab doors; together, they form the perfect atmosphere for the heart of the home.
Kitchen + Living
Objective: Design a functional home with a unique look for each area.

Bar ~ Scullery
Bar Scullery Perfection
Tucked just off the main kitchen, this thoughtfully designed bar scullery blends style with smart functionality. Crafted with frameless cabinetry in rich Carmel Cashew-stained Alder wood, the space showcases slab front doors with modern cut-out pulls for a sleek, seamless aesthetic.
An antique mirror backsplash adds a touch of vintage charm, reflecting both light and elegance. Inside, the scullery is equipped with custom features to support everyday prep and entertaining—including a steam oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, and an appliance garage to keep countertops clear and clutter-free.
Additional built-in touches, such as a pan divider and concealed outlets inside the cabinetry, offer convenient, organized solutions that enhance functionality without compromising design. This private zone allows the homeowner to prepare, cook, and clean with ease—making it the ultimate support space for both quiet nights in and lively gatherings.
