Remodel Project – Candler, NC
Objective: Create a wine room that can store and display wine functionally and elegantly.
The warm white oak wood against the black trim and edging produced a stunning contrast in this unique wine room. Vertical grain is not a common choice for homeowners, but it creates an amazing finished product. Two backlit panels highlight the wine bottle displays elegantly while keeping them stored safely. There is also lighting hidden behind the trim, providing additional lighting so that no bottle goes unnoticed. Glass shelves complete the look and help add a modern touch to the overall design. The wine cooler is at the center of it all, which ensures that the beverages are always ready to pour for family and friends.
