Chloe graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Interior Design from the CIDA-accredited program and a minor in Graphic Communications Management. While at App, she was a dedicated full-time student-athlete on the cheerleading team. The experiences she gained as a collegiate athlete prepared and shaped her for the start of her design career. She is proficient in using construction design software, creating functional space plans, and producing realistic renderings. 

She loves working with mid-century modern and eclectic design styles. Although these aesthetics vary, her versatility allows her to adapt to any style to meet her clients’ needs. Since joining our team, her favorite project has been remodeling a dining room for a local client. The space featured decorative wallpaper, high-gloss painted wainscoting, black-painted ceilings, and unique accent chairs. These selections created a moody yet functional atmosphere that the clients will love for years to come. 

When Chloe isn’t designing, she loves working out, spending time with her family, and singing at church with her husband, Landon. Landon and his dad own Carolina Builders, their family-run construction company. Chloe enjoys learning new skills and techniques from them, which enhances her design process and deepens her understanding of craftsmanship.

Her dedication to her clients is at the heart of Chloe’s design process. She prioritizes their vision, needs, and lifestyle from the initial consultation to the final reveal. Her philosophy, “Design Better, Live Better,” reflects her passion for translating innovative design concepts into tangible, aesthetically pleasing spaces that people can use and enjoy for years to come.
