A small kitchen layout doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice style and function, as this design clearly shows. Every square foot was maximized to provide our clients with the best possible use of space in their cozy heart of the home. This kitchen showcases the beauty and benefits a custom space can offer.

Objective: Design an open kitchen with maximized storage solutions for the homeowner.
The color choices set the tone for a warm and inviting cooking area and connecting with the family in this open kitchen design. Next, our designer looked for ways to maximize this kitchen layout by using the beauty of customs to accomplish this goal. Pull-outs and roll-outs were key players in allowing our clients easy access to everyday items like utensils, spices, and food, but tuck them away when not needed. The lower corner cabinet utilized a lazy Susan turn table so the homeowners could conveniently access everything they stored there. There was a small space between the dishwasher and kitchen sink cabinet that was turned into a pull-out for towels making sure no inch went unused. Tray dividers were installed above the built-in stove, keeping them in the area where they would be used most. Having a pantry cabinet with roll-out drawers meant our clients could easily find each food item. This kitchen checks off every item on their wishlist and will make each day feel luxurious.
