Kitchen Organization Made Easy

Organization is key to keeping any space running smoothly and efficiently, none more so than the kitchen. As the heart of the home, it is safe to say that this is one of the busiest areas, which means it is important to keep it clutter-free. This project showcases the beauty of what custom can do for you and your family by having a place for everything.

Objective:  Design a kitchen with sufficient storage and organization options to keep it looking clean and neat.

From roll-outs to pull-outs, this kitchen has everything needed to stay organized. Every area was designed with maximum usage in mind, allowing homeowners to know where their things are and keep them within easy reach. On either side of the range are pull-outs with canisters to store dry items such as flour and sugar, plus another for large utensils. The cabinet next to the refrigerator is a convenient cleaning closet for storing brooms and dusters. A double trash can pull-out by the sink is the perfect location because you can prep your food and toss what needs to go without taking a step. Some drawers on the kitchen island feature a knife block and cutlery divider. There is also a full roll-out that provides sufficient storage for items such as additional food items and frequently used items. The kitchen island also has bonus storage tucked underneath the extended countertop.

Another stunning feature of this home is the custom buffet, which has bi-fold glass-framed doors and a walnut interior. The navy blue is the perfect contrast color choice for this piece, and the cabinet lighting makes it absolutely perfect. The walnut countertop was the final touch that added such elegance to the overall look.
