Did you research other cabinet companies? YES
The homeowner and her contractor (Scott Lucas) had other cabinet bids, and even though Greenbrook Design bid was higher, it seemed to be the best fit, and we knew the end price would most likely end up less, because of no hidden charges for all the “extras”.
What were your “MUST HAVES” or Wish List?
- Deep Drawers for pots and pans storage
- Wide utensil drawers
- Good quality cabinets
- Lighting – brighten up the space with lighting.
Now that you are enjoying your condo kitchen remodel, what is the biggest asset or best feature made to your new home?
“Because of the open floor plan in the condo I think the best features of my new kitchen are the top cubbies, specifically where I placed my pottery. The light color of the cabinets and the lighting made a seamless transition into my living room & dining room area.” M. Fenster – Charlotte, NC

What was your inspiration for the design in this home? Specific client request? Client had a clean, modern yet warm aesthetic. She wanted a color other than white but nothing too bold and open upper cabinets to showcase her pottery collection. Classic carrara marble countertops finished off the timeless look.
Did you change the original lay out? No. The existing layout worked well with her open concept and love of entertaining
