Kitchen and Bath Design

Are you ready to create the perfect kitchen for your new home?  Are you needing to update an outdated kitchen or bath in your home?

Whether you are remodeling, flipping a home, or building new, a kitchen and bath designer will guide you through the process. For those with new construction projects, we recommend beginning your planning process early. Our process will guide you through planning and budgeting your project.

Consultation:  A consultation generally consists of 2 meetings.

The first is a site measure in your home, or for new construction, blueprints are required. While in your home, we will determine your objectives and needs, take photos and measurements to get a general layout of the project area.  The second step in the consultation phase is a design meeting in our showroom.

You can get a head start in the process by gathering inspiration photos and ideas. Email them to us [email protected] or have them available at your meeting.

Design Services:  The design process begins with gathering information. Measurements and photographs taken in your home will enable our designer to see the schematic layout of your project area.

  • 3D renderings are created and presented to you at the first initial design meeting.
  • A showroom tour will allow you to see the many different products offered, as well as see the quality and installation we take pride in.
  • Due to the multiple product choices we have, we are able to guide you and create a design based on your budget.
  • Architectural style, your family size, and your lifestyle habits are considered to determine the optimum use of space and product selections best suited for the design in your home.
  • We specialize in space planning, custom storage solutions and designing architectural elements that create beautiful rooms in form and function.
  • The design team gathers information to give you an estimate specific to your request and needs.

Upon approval, a retainer or project deposit begins the order process and will release your rendered drawings. Elevation drawings are necessary for kitchen and bath design. These drawings will allow you to see the complete design of your cabinetry and exactly how it will look from every angle in your home.
