This 1950s home has been beautifully done not once but twice as it was burned so badly it had to be stripped down to the studs and rebuilt. Read more of the incredible story featured in the Charlotte Magazine Myers Park Area of how this family created something so beautiful the second time! Using the same team that had helped them, they began their renovation journey. Gray dominated color throughout much of the design and created an oasis of calmness. The beautiful exposed beams in the kitchen perfectly match the warm walnut island. Many elegant features throughout the home make it so stunning, yet it remains simple and classic.

Home Renovation
Objective: To create cabinets that compliment the 1950’s vibe of the house.
The pops of beautiful wood in this kitchen make it absolutely stunning. The custom black walnut range hood and floating shelves add warmth to the design and a touch of elegance. Exposed beams perfectly complement the gray cabinets and create a sense of balance. The island provides ample prep space along with relaxed seating for those days when everyone wants to gather together and share the day’s events.
