What are your hours?

• Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Friday 10 am to 4 pm *extended hours every First Friday of the month till 7 pm
• Saturday 10 am to 2 pm *call for holiday weekend hours

Do you need an appointment to tour the showroom?

Our beautiful showroom is available to tour during our regular business hours. There are many decorative and furniture items for sale. We ask that you schedule a design meeting or get pricing.

Do I need an appointment to get pricing?

Yes. You must schedule an appointment with a designer to get cabinetry pricing.

What is a consultation?

A consultation consists of two meetings:

1. We come to you in your home, measure, take photos, assess your needs, and determine the scope of work to be done.
2. You come to the showroom in Shelby, NC, to see the different lines of cabinetry offered. Meet with a designer one-on-one to discuss your project and receive preliminary pricing and timeline details.

How much does a consultation cost?

• Cleveland County – $75 covers the cost of both meetings mentioned above
  • If you provide the drawings and photos, take $25 off.
• Outside of Cleveland County – $150 covers the cost of both meetings.
  • If you provide the drawings and photos, take $50 off.

What if I have my drawings?

As previously explained, a reduction will be applied to your consultation fee. You can email your drawings before your scheduled meeting. We also ask you to send photos. Please note that we must receive your plans, pictures, and drawings at least 7-10 business days before your appointment so our designers can prepare for your meeting.

Can I take my measurements?

Yes. Download our FREE measurement guide here, which will assist you in taking measurements. We also ask that you take photos and send them to us before your meeting.

Will I get to keep my drawings?

Yes, drawings are only released with a paid retainer or deposit.

How much is a retainer?

• Typically, a retainer starts at $1,500 and increases according to the scope of work or project size.
• A retainer is a commitment from both parties to establish what services, products, and costs are associated with moving beyond the initial consultation.

Does the retainer apply to the cost of my cabinets?

Yes. If you choose to use our company, the retainer fee will go toward the cost of cabinets only. It is non-refundable if you decide not to move forward in using us.

How much is a deposit?

A deposit is 50% of the estimate given.
